There are two different types: 1) Pull-on under pants 2) Pull-on over pants
Women should also pay attention – you need these protectors too, as they protect the groin area during training. If you do not have this equipment, your partner will not be able to safely practice kicks and strikes at the correct distance.
Boksa cimdi/boxing gloves
Boxing gloves are not the same as bag gloves – they differ in that they have extra padding in the fist area to allow you to work more safely with a partner. Bag gloves are usually much thinner. Bag gloves are not suitable for training with a partner.
Boxing glove sizes and weights: weight under 50 kg – 10 oz (ounces); weight 50 kg to 65 kg – 12 oz; weight 65 kg to 80 kg – 14 oz; weight over 80 kg – 16 oz.

These are necessary for practicing kicks in contact, as well as for defending against kicks. Choose ones that are comfortable to wear with your shoes and sportswear. Remember that the thinner these guards are, the more it will hurt not only your partner, but also yourself.

MMA cimdi/MMA gloves
Gloves are designed for fighting, striking, and holding objects such as sticks, knives, etc. As with boxing gloves, we choose padding based on thickness, which would also be suitable if these gloves were for a partner. At the same time, we make sure that the gloves will be comfortable when grabbing or holding weapons.
